oo!
This sounds quite good. That bass.... I'm getting all moist in my private areas just listening to it. How'd you make that, or where'd you get it from or whatever? Because, I most definitely must have it.

The bass? It was too easy. You gotta give that knob a twist, push those 4 buttons, put a bit of super de duper distortion on it, then all thats left to do is execute some massive equalizing as you would to a banana pancake! That's pretty much it!
Thanks for the review!

W-where is it? I don't - I don't see it anywhere where did you p-put it? Is it on the front? The back? I'd really like to catch a glimpse!

Haha this is kickass! Its got the coolest, weirdest sound but still makes me want to dance :D
K so the goods:
Awesome melody. Its cool and ravey, and it kinda sounds oriental at the same time. Dunno if thats just me though. You've also got a sweet-ass bassline, it gives the song a really intense drive, and I'm realizing listening to this that a strong bassline like that has been why my songs have been lacking the drive I've been looking for, which is nice to know. All the percussion sounds in the background sound great also, they really give the song that ethnic sound its got. The breakdown at 1:30 is just awesome, and the high pitched melody that comes in at 2:25 kicks copious amounts of ass.
The bad:
Not enough pan flute
Excellent job overall, I'll definitely be using some of the ideas in this song for my next dance track. Im excited to hear more stuff like this from you :D
Alright! Thanks for reviewing back man, really glad that you liked it! ; )
nice
Nice job here, I really enjoyed it. There are some great synths being used here, and overall it has a really cool sound, and theres enough variety that it stays interesting to listen to. It's got alot of emotion tied into it as well, which is hard to accomplish in an electronic song. My only criticism really would be the pads you use maybe aren't as good as they could be, as they're pretty much simple 1 layer pads, and maybe try playing around with layering a few different ones to create a fuller sound. All around though, excellent job.

awesome
excellent, excellent song. More than anything else, it's rediculously funky. I mean that is just a sweetass bassline, can't get better than that.
And god damn, is that guitar good! I mean, the whole song is just one bad ass solo, its stays creative and catchy throughout the entire song, and thats hard when you're pretty much solo'ing for 4 minutes. So yeah, give my compliments to Frank, that is just crazy good
Love the drums as well, they serve as a great background with enough fills to keep things interesting :D
incredible job all around, sounds great, keep it up
mmmm
very calm and atmospheric
Sounds great in the background while I'm doing homework, it makes math seem much more epic than it actually is
I really like around 6:55 when that bassy instrument comes in, really gives the song a powerful dark feel
Sounds fantastic all around :D
Why thank you. It's all just 3xOsc with some reverb and stuff, lol
Let me know how your math homework goes!
haha
haha this piece is awesome! I really like how its put together, sounds really authentic classical, especially the beginning. I actually laughed while listening to it; it has that medieval faire kind of feel, but at the same time its really upbeat and happy, to a point where can help laughing at the cheesiness of it. I know way too little about this genre to criticize anything, but the song sounds fantastic, so well done :D

wow
This is really a fantastic piece of music. It really creates some vivid imagery for me, its just such a powerful piece. Very very nice job, I'm blown away by this
I'm happy to hear that!
Awesome
this is an incredible song :D
Good: The vocal work in this is absolutely fantastic. I don't know how much of the vocals is you, but either way it sounds incredible, its incredibly high quality and the way the vocals are incorporated into the song is amazing. I also really enjoy the strings, especially at the beginning, they really give the song that mellow hiphop feel. Speaking of which, I would say this should be put in the hiphop genre; feels much more like a hiphop song because of how much it is centered around the vocals. In general, the background sounds and effects sound great, they really give the song a really full feeling that sounds great to listen to.
Bad: The only criticism I have is that at the beginning the drums sound more like a trance/techno drum beat than a hip hop beat, but later on the drums become a little more hiphoppish so thats not really a big concern.
Overall, this is pretty much flawless. Its professional in every way, and I could easily imagine this being played on the radio or in clubs. Really fantastic job, this is one of the better songs I've heard on NG
wwell its a remix, so the vocals were definately not me haha. its from I'll be lovin you long time, by mariah carey. i just changed the speed, rearranged some vocals, enhanced them with effects, and spliced some parts. all the background, eq-ing, etc., though, is me.
im glad you liked it! while i cant accept credit for the vocals, i can accept applaud for the work :) i think i'll change it to hip hop too--while i personally think this is house, i see where ur coming from--its significantly slower than house generally is, and plays up the funk/soul part of the genre. so it sounds very much like that. maybe ill put this in genre mix contest...?
