cool stuff

I liked ths song, nice job! Overall, it has a really cool sound, and the melody is catchy and fun to listen to. However, the song becomes VERY repetitive, and this is really its only flaw. While the melody is very good, it definately becomes old after hearing it straight for 3 minutes, and I think inserting some sort of breakbeat part in the middle of the song could significantly improve this problem. I also loved the intro and the ending, really cool way to have it kinda fade out and become quieter. Nice job all around, work on that repetitiveness and this'll be great. 5/5

this is some cool stuff! However, I think theres alot you could build on. I would have stronger drums, ones with a little more kick, although I definately liked the toms, they sounded true to the original. However, what made the original so good wasn't the melody, it was all the little sounds thrown in in the background, along with alot of ambiance. To improve this remix I think you ought to work on adding more drums and percussion sounds in the background, and adding more ambiance; in the original there is ALOT of ambiance sounds, and your song has almost none of this. Overall, theres some good potential, but I think it needs some work before it will really do justice to the original. Keep up the good work!

holy shit, just realized I haven't written a review for this.

This song is by far, my favorite song on NG, and thats saying quite a bit. The feel you create is awesome; the opening chords are absolutely beautiful, and all the synths you use create that winter feel. All the sounds that you throw in make it so cool, I've listened to this song hundreds and hundreds of times yet I still find more things that I never noticed before constantly. Every part is incredibly unique and it doesn't even come close to being repetitive. Its just perfect.

I could go on and on about this song; this is what motivated me to start making music, and my goal is to one day make something like this, with this level of complexity, variety, and feeling. Seriously, its hard to express how much I love this, and how that love hasn't diminished in 5 months of listening to it. Keep it up[

jesus man, this is incredbile. I like this one alot better than 2 actually; I think you create a much more unique sound and it really changes the feel of the song alot. My favorite was from 30 seconds up to the melody, love all the ambient noises you include there, sounds fantastic. However, the first time the melody comes in the song feels kind of empty, I think having some ambiance that doesn't sidechain would help this. Everything else is perfect really, this is just awesome, its like 2 but with cooler sounds, more variety, and an overall cooler feel. Great job

This is totally spastic and wierd, but its fucking awesome. The amount of sounds you threw in just to keep things interesting is incredible, and all the little melodies that constantly pop in and out are awesome. This is a very unique song, and my god is it well done.

The sounds and synths in this song are great; the melody that you use the in the first chunk of the song is just awesome, and the same goes for the piano in the second half. I would say work on some compression, in general the songs seems like it overpowers the speakers a bit and it disrupts the calming feel the song has. One of your best songs, but I think it might be beneficial to come back and just EQ and compress things a bit, especially in the first half. Although maybe its just me :P

Potential

Well let's see. This song really has some good potential, especially the second half. Unlike Symbol I think the scratch is actually a kinda cool transition. However, both halves of the song are just simply drum beats with 1-2 melodies behind them. Especially in a loop you want the music to be packed with sounds and really unique, but you really haven't done anything special with the music. There is a cool sound, yes, but its really nothing special; try to expand on what you include in your music (such as more melodies, more complex drumps, and more background sounds) and people will become more receptive to it.

Not trying to bash on you, but you've got to understand that you have low scores because you have a LOT of a room for improvement, so keep working at and expanding your stuff.
