This is really cool. Love that background pad and the piano, sounds fantastic. Definately has an IDM feel to it, all those random static noises thrown in really give the song a cool atmosphere. Drums are also fantastic... this is really a great song. Fantastic job here, I think one of your coolest and most unique songs.

This is really an incredible song. Above else, it just sounds fantastic, you really create a great atmosphere for ther rest of the song. I also love the vocals, they're incorporated very well into the rest of the song, and then all the synths and everything...and the drums. Its all sounding fantastic, really really good job.

This is very cool, and very well done. All the classical parts are beautifully made, all the piano sounds fantastic, and i love how it changes into a wierd IDM feel at 4:34. Its got so many different feels and synths, its great that you added so much variety. Definately an emotional piece, I hope it does well in teh comp!

Thanks! The only problem is I don't really know much about EQing woodwinds and stuff. I might upload another version later when I read more into it. Haha, the drum section was kinda' thrown in at the last minute for writing this. I think it fits and I'm glad I didn't make it too busy...otherwise it would just sound like garbage.

Wow man, this is really cool, I think the most sophisticated, if not the best, of your works. The best part by far is the buildup from about :45 to 1:15...just sounds fantastic. Its got a happy hardcore feel, and it sounds awesome, and I think the rest of the song from that point on is awesome. I personally think that the part at 1:50 could use some piano, not as a main melody, but simply in the background. Another criticism would be the first half; I think with vocals it will sound better, but right now it simply isn't as interesting as it could be, so I would suggest adding some trancey ambience and background sounds to spice it up and keep things interesting. All around, its very well done, I like it alot. 5/5 and 9/10. Excited to hear the full version :D

Well...heres what I think of the song. You did a very nice job for using only the GO sound, as it is fairly entertaining to listen to and is a unique rendition of the original. However, a song just cannot sound very good when only a GO sound is used, as it takes more than that to make a really good song. So its a cool idea, but I would spend your energy on real music, as I think your composition skills proceed this kind of stuff.

Wow

This is awesome! Everything sounds great, I love the synths you use, the ambience, everything. Transitions are great, drums are great, its all fantastic. Really, this is an incredible song. My only criticism would be that the vocals at the beginning seem to drag on, so I would either shorten them or throw in background sounds to keep it interesting. Fantastic job all around

Thanks man =) Glad you like it. I got to admit I rushed this in the end. This is why some parts of the song (as you point out) seem a little less polished and thought through than other parts might do. This is really cool. I think you recreate the original well, I love all the background sounds/percussion, sounds great and creates a cool feel. Its very well done all around, the synths and whatnot sound great. Nice job

[Pokemon Sinnoh Pokerap (FULL)]

Bad

Its cool that you made a new pokerap, but that doesn't mean it deserves this kind of attention. The music is incredbily simple and poorly made, its like bad 16 bit music. Your voice really isn't fitting for the part, as your voice is obnoxious to listen to as opposed to fun, on top of sounding rushed and forced. Really, this song sounds terrible, and its a shame that this made best of the week.

It made best of the week because of the votes of those who saw it before the tallies were counted, so you have only yourself to blame for not "degrading" it if you are going to exclaim that. The music was not made by me, but I apologize for not choosing a better selection.

Lastly, I don't think it's a shame that it's featured, I just wish not so many people would waste reviews railing me for the fact that it is. Not meaning you, my good sir, but in general.

Man, this is very well done. I really like the intro, very long but sounds great; its almost like a teaser, you really want to hear some massive buildup, and you just keep waiting for it as the main melody becomes louder. Throughout the rest of the song, the melody is incorporated very well, I especially like that breakbeat part at 6:00, and it sounds great when the drums come in at about 7:30. The end is also great, I love how it sounds as the parts die off. This is just incredbily well done all around, I have nothing to critique.
