New Dance Tune, check it out!

Posted by Gloudas Feb. 8, 2009 @ 5:25 PM EST

I haven't posted in a while, so I figured I'd give a little update.

Firstly I finally finished my new dance song
What I Found [Remix]
which is a remix of Solid Inc's What I Found.
I've put alot of work into it, so I'd appreciate any feedback you can give me, good or bad.
Go check it out!

Secondly, Rising Sun got 4th place in last month's "Euphoria" MAC contest, and I won 50 bucks. Getting a check signed by Tom Fulp was the greatest experience of my life.
Give it a listen if you've got some spare time, but be warned it's lengthy.

Both these songs and others can be downloaded at my iLike page, found here:
http://ilike.com/artist/Gloudas

You can download any of em for free, and the versions there are of significantly higher quality, so they're worth uploading.

That's all I got, thanks for checking out my stuff (if you did)! If you like what you hear, add me to your fav artists list!

I think you should make a song about Mario getting the fireball powerup!

Man, that looks complicated. Seriously, how do you adjust the volume on those parts? For example, I make a drumroll, and I put it in the playlist, how do I get that drumroll to gradually increase in volume?

May. 10, 2009 | 3:38 PM Gloudas responds:

There are different ways, but the easiest would be to use an automation clip. All you have to do is right click a knob and select Create Automation Clip. Then a bar will pop up in the playlist that will allow you to control that knob's function as you go through the song. If that isn't clear enough, send me a PM and I'll try to help further.
